This is my current signature pic on the Performance GTi forums. This is my all-time favourite shot of the car, showing off the tyres, exhaust and rear light clusters. Nice site dedicated to French cars, generally Peugeot and Renault, with a lively forum. Ecosse offer a huge range of mods (not all shown on the site) but updates are infrequent and frankly crap. The 406 section is poor. |

Another brilliant shot taken just after the one above. The car hadn't been lowered at this time but you can see it's already fairly low-slung for a saloon. I want to get clear headlights and matching side repeaters but they aren't yet available for the 406. BMW M3 style rear view mirrors have been available for a while but until now you'd need to do a bit of modifying to get them to fit (surprise surprise). Fitting plates are now available so you can fit all kinds of cool mirrors to your 406 -- not just M3 ones! |

The best side shot of my car from before I had it lowered. From the side, I think the Peugeot 406 looks like a sports car. That's not far from the truth with my motor. Note that you can see the new rear lights even from this angle. The wheels look well nice when they're clean. They seem bigger than their actual size (15"). I don't want to buyy bigger wheels. |

Before lowering. All it needs is a spoiler! |
After lowering (and rallying it along a dirt road!). Note the bloody tailpipes going wonky. This happens a lot with stainless exhausts. |

Aluminium mesh - I'll take it as a good sign that there's a Peugeot 406 in the picture. |
Front 30mm lowering spring with dump valve for size comparison. |
